We have gone to digital signatures on our leases saving over 50 pages of printed copy per lease. Before the switch, new tenants would walk out with a bundle of lease papers, addendums, disclosures, etc. etc. Now their new lease is sent digitally secured to their email inbox. Our paper consumption has been drastically reduced as a result.]]></description>
